Phil Bazley: Chair of GMNA. Member of Project Steering Group and represents GMNA on GMNNB (Greater Manchester Neurosciences Network Board). Phil was previously the Regional Chair for Multiple Sclerosis Society and provides a link between M.S. Society North West and GMNA. Phil was diagnosed with M.S. in 2001. |

Barbara Tew: (Secretary) Member of the MND Association since 1986 in various roles. Carer, Branch Chairman, Trustee, currently Association Visitor, Evening Helpline volunteer, MND Care Centre Clinic volunteer and Branch Secretary. Barbara has been involved with the GMNA from the beginning. |

Daniel Lee: (Deputy Treasurer) Daniel is a Partner at Fentons Solicitors at their Old Trafford office and is a member of the Catastrophic Injury Team. He is also a Headway Panel Solicitor and a committee member of Headway Stockport and South Manchester as well as an APIL member and Law Society Personal Injury Panel |

Mike Harnor:
Mike is Elected Council of Management Member (Trustee), of Epilepsy Action, Governor of the Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust, lay member of the Neurology & Pain Management Expert Advisory Group at the MHRA and a member of NHS Research Ethics Committees. He has been a member of various advisory and research award committees in the epilepsy/neurology field and has recently been appointed to membership of the NICE 2009-11 guidelines development group for the epilepsies. |

Sarah Clay: Works full-time for The Stroke Association as Assistant Regional Manager for The Stroke Association for the North West of England.. Responsibilities include supporting and managing front-line staff to ensure that the services they provide to people affected by stroke, are of a high quality, and are delivered in accordance with our values, policies and procedures. Within GMNA, Sarah is an active member of the Executive Committee. |

Sam Firth: Sam has been a personal injury lawyer for more than 10 years, most recently at Fentons Solicitors, and is proud to be a Trustee of GMNA. Sam has experience of dealing with brain injured litigants, cultivating an interest in this area since his own acquired brain injury of summer 2000. |

| Gill Pearl: Gill has been involved with the Greater Manchester Neurological Alliance from the start. Her background as a speech and language therapist has lead to an interesting career path. She currently works as the Chief Executive of Speakeasy (a North West aphasia charity) and as a project manager for the Disabled Living Centre in Manchester. |
